Oakwood Manor has welcomed my parents with loving hospitality and kindness. The management/administration is very hands on and compassionate with their residents. Activities are well planned out and very engaging, reaching a variety of interests. The food is delicious and the dining room always has a buzz of positive energy. The servers are so hard working and want to please! It is comforting to know that my parents can age in place in a safe and caring environment.

I have been investigating opportunities to Laporte for my elderly mother. After taking a tour, I am convinced my mother will be happy here. Ginger is so well versed in the needs and expectations of families during this process, she put my mind at ease. As a nurse myself, I had some hard questions. Ginger is a great representative for Oak Woods Manor. She made time to explain all "the next steps". The facility is clean, the meals are prepared by a chef, and there are many activities provided.

What a lovely place for independent senior living. The executive director, Ginger was just wonderful. She answered all the questions we had and the entire facility was beautiful and clean. The apartments were absolutely beautiful with tall ceilings and lots of space. Definitely 10 out of 10!!!

I love the community and the residents are so awesome. They love being a part of Oak Woods Manor and they are proud of their home. Its clean and very welcoming. There are lots of activities throughout the day and the food is incredible. The staff makes sure the residents have everything they need and care for them with compassion. Oak Woods Manor is a very lovely place Stop in an take a tour, have some lunch, and see what a beautiful community it is.
