Oaks Woods Manor is a beautiful place. The staff is amazing. The compassion and dedication along with the overall environment is unlike any other. It is warm and welcoming. Ginger is such a gem. Her warm smile and knowledge is nothing short of incredible. If you or a loved one, have questions or are interested in seeing all this for yourself, go check them out.

I have been investigating opportunities to Laporte for my elderly mother. After taking a tour, I am convinced my mother will be happy here. Ginger is so well versed in the needs and expectations of families during this process, she put my mind at ease. As a nurse myself, I had some hard questions. Ginger is a great representative for Oak Woods Manor. She made time to explain all "the next steps". The facility is clean, the meals are prepared by a chef, and there are many activities provided.

Oakwood Manor has welcomed my parents with loving hospitality and kindness. The management/administration is very hands on and compassionate with their residents. Activities are well planned out and very engaging, reaching a variety of interests. The food is delicious and the dining room always has a buzz of positive energy. The servers are so hard working and want to please! It is comforting to know that my parents can age in place in a safe and caring environment.

I own a mid sized sound production company. I do concerts and festivals, plus a bit of DJ services on occasion. As often as possible, I’m blessed with the opportunity to volunteer my services and play music for the residents. There’s normally a theme, be it 50’s 60’s, etc. so I set my playlist accordingly. What I get to see is a whole lot of smiles- people who are just happy to be there, and a staff that is 100% top notch. The facility is always clean and pleasant to be in, I just feel honored to be involved!
