Novi Lakes Health Campus is a beautiful campus that is conveniently located off the highway. If you are in the market for Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care, then this should be at the top of the list to tour. The whole team at Novi Lakes is amazing and compassionate. I would highly recommend them for any family that is in need. :)

My mom spent three weeks at Novi Lakes recovering from some falls. I left the first evening secure in knowing my mom was going to be well cared for. It's never easy leaving a parent somewhere, but I knew I had picked the right facility. My mother and I were beyond happy with the care she received. Should my mom need a rehab facility in the future, we're definitely coming back here.

They receive 2 stars for having a really nice looking facility. There are a few model workers there, but that's it. Most of the people are there to get a paycheck and that's it. My Dad was here twice earlier this year. Both times he would call for a change of diapers and would lay there for hours in his soiled diaper. He felt humiliated during physical therapy when he overheard the nurses bet on whether he'd have a bowel movement when he stood up. Yes, he was having issues at that time, but VERY UNPROFESSIONAL of the staff to do that in front of the patient. This lead to him missing PT, being wheeled bac to his room, then lay in soiled diapers for hours. This place needs a clean sweep of attitude for caring for older patients or just have a rejection policy all together. I would be absolutely embarrassed of the staff if I owned this place.
