While no place is perfect (we had a few lazy assistants) I would 100% recommend this place. My father went in there not being able to lift a finger to walking with the assistance of a walker in 2 months. There was an amazing physical therapy group. The food was always fresh and they accommodated us when family came to visit and wanted to have lunch together. The facility is always clean and well maintained

Novi Lakes Health Campus has been such a blessing for our family. From the moment we walked in, we could tell this was a special place. The staff truly cares about their residents—they take the time to get to know each person, treat them with kindness and respect, and make sure they feel comfortable and valued every single day. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, but what really stands out is the warmth and compassion from everyone who works there. You can see how much pride they take in providing excellent care. It’s such a relief knowing our loved one is in good hands and surrounded by people who genuinely care about their well-being. I’m so grateful for the amazing team and management at Novi Lakes Health Campus!

Best people, food was very good. Met and made friends, PT was excellent, Nurse was personable and helped us, Management explained all our question. Tld my husband if I require PT Rehab &this is the place I want to go to. Thank you . My husband is doing great! P. Casey and Paul Krasinski.

Can we give a rating higher the a 5 out of 5? If so it’s a 10. My dad has been at Novi Lakes for 12 days. The staff from RNs, Room help, Social Services, Physical Therapy, Cafeteria, has been amazing. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
