As an employee at North Star Retirement Living, I can confidently say this is a truly special place to work. The team here is like a family—everyone is committed to creating a warm, supportive environment for the residents, and it’s amazing to see the strong relationships that form between staff and residents. One of the highlights is seeing how much the residents enjoy their time here. The food is incredible, and the kitchen staff always go the extra mile to provide meals that are not only nutritious but also delicious. The community here is lively and active, and it’s great to be part of a team that keeps the residents engaged with fun activities and social events. Rachel, the director of this facility, is an exceptional associate of your establishment. She went above and beyond for my aunt who resided here for several years. Personable, professional and thorough, she deserves a raise. Dawn, the on-site nurse, another exceptional associate here, was fantastic to work with as well. The caregivers, staff and even the receptionists are all friendly and very willing to help. I can tell you as the POA for my aunt, these employees gave me the greatest advice and recommendations for my aunt, to her ensure her best quality of life conditions. I am overwhelmingly appreciative of the associates here that made my responsibilities much easier and a huge "THANK YOU" to all whom I didn't mention!

I visited North Star a couple times and I always have a positive experience there. You would be greeted by a friendly front desk person right away as soon as you walk in there. The place is always clean and smells good too. I worked with Jessica and Kayla and they are very professional and always welcoming! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for senior care service in Coeur d' Alene area.

Working at North Star has been a wonderful experience. The supportive environment and dedication to resident care are truly unmatched. The facilities are top-notch, and there is a real sense of community among everyone here. Overall, it's a fantastic place to work.
