I recently visited Affinity in Coeur d' Alene, I was very impressed by the property overall. They offered me a tour and I observed positive vibes. The residents we ran into seemed happy and friendly. The overall building was clean and well maintained. The unit i toured was in order and it appeared maintained well. The indoor pool and hot tub were a bonus to see with cold weather in Idaho. Events schedule was impressive and office staff seemed genuine. Want to give some extra kudos to Meghan Reyes who went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and informed.

I toured your place in Coeur d' Alene with my folks a little bit ago. We just loved the vibe the facility put off. It was relaxed and fun. What a great combo. Meg and Karen were just great, very helpful and energetic. We've looked at quite a few other places. They made the big difference, very refreshing! I normally don't write revies but I just had to this time. Id give it a 10 if i could!

A special thanks to the staff at Affinity at Coeur d'Alene today! The power went out early this morning. Our staff went way beyond the call of duty today. Calming nerves, lighting the stair ways and halls, and making sure we were safe. They walked our dogs, they made sure we had save access to spaces. And most importantly, Corey stayed with us until the power was restored. It was a long day - made easier by people who care! Affinity Rocks!!

I have lived at Affinity at Couer D'Alene for 8 years and say that Meghan and Karen are the best management team in that 8 years. They are always available to answer questions. They make sure maintenance is being done. Cory takes care of it quickly and makes sure everything is in good condition. Megan and Karen are by far the best team when it comes to planning events. We have activities than ever before and they are enjoyed by every tenant. Best team ever.
