I toured this beautiful community and was blown away with the engaging culture the Executive Director Carly has fostered. If you are looking for a loved one, I’d highly recommend you schedule a tour! The community has many beautiful amenities where you can visualize all the Residents enjoying the opportunity to socialize together.

I visited my great aunt at New Perspective and I was very impressed with how beautiful the community is! The staff seems so friendly and she is very happy since she moved in a few months ago. The activity program is amazing and I was able to see how much fun the residents were having during happy hour. Would highly recommend checking out this community for your loved one.

Hello I Hope This Emails Find You Well I am writing this because I went to visit my dads sister in new perspective senior living (Waukesha ) and the place was very nice , clean & quiet the workers looked so nice in all those different scrub Tops colorful bright & happy i didnt expect anything other then a good environment after seeing all these & encountering it happen about a week ago specifically on may 1st We encountered a employee being “fired “ The Way I Seen And Heard The Director Kevin Speak to Her And Treat her was significantly disgusting being in her face about 5 feet apart yelling at her and getting that upset with an employee is ridiculously rude I witnessed the whole thing on the 1st floor and it made me and my dad feel a little uncomfortable . I was not going to say anything because I didn’t feel the need too but we went to visit my auntie again on 5/14/2026 and again I saw this men he was very polite welcoming us but as we was leaving out the door I hear him speaking to another employee about being on her phone turns out she said something about a “work phone “and instead of apologizing or correcting his wrong doings he simply disgraced her & made her feel low . If this is the director You Guys Have Running Your Assisted living Facility This is Ridiculous . No ones deserves to be talked to or battered because they are a person it’s about respect and compassion epically after all the employees do . Seeing this & hearing this just made me very uncomfortable & wondered if he would ever speak to a resident like this or not care for a resident the way I’ve seen him treat an employee . I would like a response as soon as possible

Where do I even begin, if I can give this place 0 stars I would, from the mangers, the nurses, and kitchen staff. If you want your family to live a long while do not put your family members in this facility. They portray it to be a certain way and it’s the complete opposite. Continue to raise rent but we’re still waiting hours and hours for food just to deal with disrespectful cooks. I wouldn’t suggest this place to my worst enemy all of the caregivers look exhausted.
