What services we had in the beginning are poor or have been eliminated. The little grocery is poorly stocked. Cleaning our apartments is not consistent. Food portions and availability is varied. Things like ketchup, salad dressing and ice cream the kitchen is “out of.” This happens frequently. There are good things here: inside parking, in house physical therapy, in apartment laundry, many activities, and entertainment.

I am about to move my elderly aunt into New Perspectives in Waukesha, and I can’t say enough good things about Suzy, the Sales Director at New Perspectives. From our very first interaction, her communication was outstanding—clear, prompt, and always warm. She made what could have been a very stressful transition feel smooth and manageable. Suzy has been incredibly helpful and available every step of the way. No question was too small, and she always made time to ensure we had everything we needed. Her support is playing a big role in trying to get my aunt settled comfortably into the assisted living center. Her genuine care, professionalism, and readiness to help has made all the difference. I looked at many facilities before picking New Perspectives Waukesha. Working with Suzy I knew this was going to be the right place for Mom. I even went on vacation and knew that she would be taken care of while we were gone. The Wellness Director, Regan, Executive Director, Halle, Activity Director Hanna have been amazing to work with. Their professionalism and care for my Mom has exceeded my expectations. Even when we had a bleeding issue, Regan was there for us and helped in every way possible, making me less stressed. I know that all facilities have their issues and none are perfect, but I know that here my Mom is getting the best care she could be. I highly recommend New Perspectives in Waukesha and have recommended this facility to many of my friends.

From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and care that defines this community. The environment is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of every resident. One of the true highlights here is the Wellness Director (Regan), Executive Director (Halle) , Bistro Aficionado (Lori), and Activity Director (Hannah) . Their passion, professionalism, and genuine care for the residents shine through in everything they do. They go above and beyond to ensure each person feels seen, supported, and empowered to live their healthiest life. Whether it’s organizing engaging activities, providing personalized wellness plans, or simply offering a kind word and a smile, they make a huge difference in the lives of everyone here. This facility truly feels like a home, and it’s reassuring to know that our loved ones are in such capable and compassionate hands. Highly recommend!
