I can’t say enough wonderful things about this facility. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and truly dedicated to providing compassionate care. They treat residents with dignity and respect, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their well-being. A special thank you to the sales director, Anna T, who was absolutely amazing during the move-in process. She was so helpful, patient, and welcoming, making what could have been a stressful transition feel smooth and comfortable. Her kindness and support meant so much to our family. The facility itself is always clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. There are plenty of engaging activities the keep residents active and socially involved, which has made such a positive difference. Communication with families is excellent, and we always feel informed and included. Choosing New Perspective for our loved one was a great decision - we highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and supportive environment!

We’ve had our loved one at the New Perspective Rosedale for the past year and while it was an adjustment for her at first she tells us she wishes she had moved here sooner. The team has been responsive to our questions, and they keep finding new ways to help her join in on the social activities. I would highly recommend considering them if you are exploring assisted living around Roseville.

My 93 year old mother has been at Sunrise for over 3 months. The staff are so kind and helpful. Care plans are reviewed with family so everyone is aware and agree of what the best care is for my mom. There is a lovely dining room which serves 3 chef made meals and snacks available throughout the day. They are all very much appreciated.

I LOVED THIS FACILITY WHEN IT WAS SUNRISE! Everything that drew me in and helped us decide to choose this assisted living facility for my family member has been stripped away since NEW PERSPECTIVE has taken over. Food has changed a lot, changing rules and cutting out extras, always short staffed, they pay workers less at other locations so once they push out all the current staff (already made lots of progress there) they can pay the new staff a lower wage and they won’t care about the residents as much. They’ve lost the activity coordinator. They forced out the building dog and cat who brought joy and life to the residents (and now they limit the resident dogs on where and what they can do). They are cutting the evening concierge who serves as a wonderful opportunity for many residents who don’t have family/visitors to socialize with (also this leaves the front entrance and lobby unattended for 3 hours before the doors lock for the night.. I hope you don’t have a family member that wanders!) they would also always make cookies and popcorn in the evening for residents. I bet they won’t do that. I also haven’t heard of any outings since New Perspective took over. Very disappointed. VERY disappointed. We absolutely adore the staff who work with the residents on a daily basis. They are the kindest people and show our family member respect and dignity. I am so thankful for all of their hard work.
