Emily M. was an absolute pleasure to work with. In my role as a community educator with the Alzheimer’s Association, partnering with her to provide education on Alzheimer’s disease to residents was seamless and highly collaborative. She was consistently supportive and always willing to assist in any way needed. Her warm, welcoming personality made the entire experience both comfortable and enjoyable.

My mother in laws last 18 months at the facility were subpar. She arrived August of 2019. February 2024 we noticed bed bugs. There had never been an issue. They did to treat for bed bugs many times during the her last 18 months up until her passing. However, they were never able to completely get rid of the bed bugs. They always returned within 2 months. Please watch over your loved ones for bites. Check their bedding at each and every visit to the facility.

I’m extremely happy with NP for my mom. I toured multiple places but this place stood out to me. The mgmt and staff partner with the family to ensure quality care is provided to each resident. I appreciate Nathan, Heather, Vivian and all the other support staff so much! The staff knows the residents and family by name and treats them with the respect and kindness they deserve. Any of the small concerns I’ve had during her residency have all been addressed quickly and with professionalism. On-site primary care, therapy, activities, house cleaning, laundry and on-site salon are all huge benefits. They provide increased levels of care in assisted living as needed, and then provide memory care if required all within the same facility.
