Our 2 year plan turned into 2 weeks! Our Guardian Angel in the form of Robin Taylor worked with and accommodated my partner’s handicap needs. Everything was delivered as promise. My partner and I are welcomed into this beautiful community with open arms by fellow residents and staff alike. A+++ staff, service, environment and facility. We’re looking forward to many years in our new home in Hayden Grove St Anthony!

If I could write a zero-star review I would. We brought mom here because they sold us on the memory care unit, the great amount of around the clock care she would receive, and the abundance of activities and engagement they provide. FALSE. On all accounts, it turns out, we would have been better off renting a studio apartment. They have only 1-2 assistance covering the entire memory care side. On several occasions, mom fell and broke several bones because there was nobody paying attention. That’s just paying attention! Nobody engaged with her, talked to her, provided one-on-one or group activities, or ensured she even ate her meals. We did our best to hold meetings with the nursing and administration managers. We even had to ask for the regional directors to join after she broke her hip and had to have emergency hip replacement surgery. They keep charging their exorbitant rent and fees even when she’s recovering in the hospital. They claimed they were abiding by the law by providing at least one resident assistant on staff for that many residents. Every time we visited, it was obvious this place is totally mis-managed witnessing her lack of care, their lack of interest in providing more for her than the bare minimum, and negligence by upper management. Even after she passed (within about 60 hours of her passing), the Regional Executive Director, Kylie called to say that we would have to incur charges for some of the trash we left at the designated trash area. This call came the day after we had to figure out her belongings, and multiple members of the staff told us we were putting the trash in the right place and that it was okay. I will reiterate here: All of this information is documented and true.

My mom absolutely bloomed at Hayden Grove Senior Living! She started an informal walking group, loved the social activities and partook in exercise classes. She met so many new friends and loved the kind and caring staff. Visits were always a pleasure. Hayden Grove is clean, safe, beautifully decorated, and has many meeting and cozy sitting places throughout the property. It is nestled in the wonderful NE area. It truly felt like home. If you are looking for a caring and special place for a family member, I would — without reserve — recommend Hayden Grove Senior Living, St. Anthony.

Our parents moved into Hayden Grove after living in their home for 40 years. Their experience at Hayden has been great all around. Their home is quiet, well-built, has great light, and has a nicely accessible layout. The staff at Hayden is top notch as well - all have been attentive and kind. The Hayden dining room has been a huge highlight for them and they rave about the meals they have there! There's always a great variety and there are regular special meals where residents gather and can have dinner together. We couldn't have better things to say about Hayden Grove!
