Morningside House of Satyr Hill was an answer to our prayers. When our mother's health quickly declined in 2021, we searched for a community that offered excellent rehab/physical therapy after Mom's hip fracture. She was living independently before the fracture, and made us promise she could go back home after her rehab. The staff and residents were so warm and welcoming, and after a few weeks she made the decision to sell her home and move to Morningside. She never regretted her decision, and it gave us peace of mind to know that Mom always was getting the best 24/7 care. She made great friends there, and told us she had a wonderful "second family" there. We cannot thank the staff enough for being Angels on Earth❤️

Hi my name is Allan Kropkowski I am the lead singer in the music group Slightly Silver.We always have a wonderful time when we go to Morningside at Satyr hill. The residents are always excited to enjoy our music and dance and sing the afternoon away. The staff is always pleasant and eager to help the residents.

Echoes of Nature enjoys coming out to share our environmental, enrichment programs with live animals with the residents and staff at Morningside House of Satyr Hill. We have been sharing since 2023 and is a highlight of our staff to engage with the community who truly enjoy seeing the animals and asking questions while learning about different topics and animals. After having awful experiences at a couple of memory care facilities I moved my mom into Morningside. It was the best decision I ever made and the move benefited both me and my mom. I knew during my first visit to the facility that there was a different feel that I never experienced at other facilities I visited. The vibe was positive and welcoming and it felt like home. We were treated with respect and care and I never had to worry about my mom when I was not able to visit. The aids became family to me and always took time to give hugs to me and my mom. She passed at 92 and during her time in hospice care she received lots of love, care and attention from everyone that grew to love her. Tori, Beth, Shabria and Laura are just a few of the very special people that are dedicated to the care of the residents and families they serve. They model the actions expected of the aids and hold them accountable for treating everyone with care and respect. The remaining days of my mom’s life were spent surrounded by a big loving family and I will always be grateful for the caring professionals who touched her life.
