My experience touring The Cottages of Perry Hall was wonderful. From the moment I walked in, you could feel how warm and welcoming the community is. Missy gave an excellent tour and truly took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. She is so knowledgeable and taught me so much. One thing that really set this community apart from the other places I toured was having the opportunity to meet Nurse Cathy during my visit. Seeing the clinical leadership firsthand and hearing about how closely they work with the residents made a huge difference. It gave me a lot of confidence in the care and attention residents receive. The staff seemed genuinely engaged with the residents, and the environment felt like a true community. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be cared for with compassion and respect, I highly recommend touring The Cottages of Perry Hall.

I recently toured The Cottages of Perry Hall and had a wonderful experience. Missy was absolutely amazing—so knowledgeable, welcoming, and passionate about the residents and families she serves. You can truly tell that she knows everyone and cares deeply about the community. During the tour, it was very clear that the residents are genuinely loved and well cared for by the staff. The atmosphere felt warm, positive, and truly like home. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with kindness, dignity, and compassion, I would definitely recommend The Cottages of Perry Hall.

The Cottages of Perry Hall were a lifesaver for me and my brother. It was becoming unsafe for our mom to live alone. Missy, Cathy, Autumn and the rest of the team are wonderful. They are attentive to any questions or concerns we have had and really care about each of their residents. This is evident by all the activities planned for the residents, community events, the warmth when visiting and their Facebook page that shares all the activities and goings on in the Cottages which is great for all the families. Mom took some time to adjust, but she is doing well and making friends. She loves to “help” and the staff is very patient. We have been very happy and comforted knowing mom is thriving and safe.

After a dear family friend was no longer able to care for herself. We recommended The Cottages of Perry Hall. I have known the office manager for over 40 years and am aware of her compassion, integrity and true concern for everyone she meets. The entire staff has always made our dear family friend feel comfortable and loved. Many times I would walk in and see for myself, the exceptional treatment she was getting from her caregivers. Her daughter was able to decorate her room to make it feel like home. She was very happy there. Unfortunately, she recently passed away and the staff was there to comfort the family and each other. The staff and her caregivers came to her funeral and cried with and comforted the family. You can't say that about a lot of assisted living facilities, but we can definitely say that her time at The Cottages of Perry Hall was a pleasant one.
