Charter Living is the top of charts! We had Charter in mind for years for my in-laws. When the time finally came, Bianca was amazing!!! We had many obstacles and she was and is superior. The entire staff is warm , comforting, and welcoming. The care team is so thorough and literally caring!!! We love all the communication and the activities. We are so grateful for the peace of mind Charter provides.

Once again, I wanted to give Charter Senior Living a 5-star review! My mom, who is now 94, just moved to Charter last month. Bianca Davis, Director of Sales and Marketing, went above and beyond to help coordinate every detail of my mom's transition to Charter from rehab. I appreciated everything that she had done to guide me through the process and to make my mom feel welcome to the community. My mom had previously lived at Charter for 2 months (for respite care after surgery), and Bianca kept in touch with me over the last couple of years to check in on her. When the time came to move mom to assisted living, Bianca was right there to help. She has been absolutely wonderful and I am so grateful for her support. From the very first day, I knew that my mom was going to be well taken care of. Since mom had lived there previously, many of the staff members remembered her and have been very welcoming. The nurse managers, Shanika and Isabell, Ty (Care Coordinator), and all of the nurses and aides have all been super helpful and attentive to my mom’s needs as well, which I very much appreciate! Additionally, the community has been newly renovated and is bright, cheerful, and has a vibrancy that is so nice to see amongst the residents. There are plenty of activities for the residents to participate in, if they so choose. A special “shout out” to Terri and Gouri at the front desk, as they are always so pleasant and kind. Thanks again to the entire management and staff at Charter, who work hard every day to take care of their residents!

Searching for the right place for your loved one can be very difficult and overwhelming but I must say, Bianca at Charter Senior Living of Towson takes her time with you. The personalized experience that Bianca gave was a chef's kiss and she is truly a gem. Not only was she knowledgeable about her facility but she also provided me with resourceful information that would benefit my father, such as Veteran's assistance among other things. Bianca even sent me a personalized email that included a video of her talking about our meeting and my father. It made me feel that she truly cared about my father's well-being and for that, Charter Senior Living of Towson will have a warm spot in my heart. Thank you Bianca for all that you do for the Senior population and their families!

I was looking for either assisted living or memory care for a loved one and went to Charter Senior Living twice - for tours of both their assisted living and, later, their memory care areas. Charter has a very professional, caring staff. I was treated warmly by everyone I met. I was all ready to go there but there were no vacancies when I was ready to move my family member. But I would not hesitate to have a loved one in this facility.
