Overview
Mimi's House Assisted Living and Memory Care is a residential care community in Maineville, OH. We are licensed by the Ohio Department of Health for Assisted Living and certified for Memory Care. We are a member of the Ohio Assisted Living Association.
We provide 24-hour care and assistance with activities of daily living. Our team is trained in dementia care and focuses on our residents' remaining abilities. We provide home-cooked meals and snacks, laundry service, housekeeping, entertainment and activities based on our residents' interests.
Mimi's House was developed because our family passionately believes that Seniors deserve a higher quality of relationship-centered care. We respect their right and desire to live in a home vs. an institution. This small home model enables us to provide outstanding caregiver to resident ratios of 1 caregiver for every 4 to 6 residents. This allows residents the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with their caregivers and other residents. They truly know each other, which enhances our residents' quality of life and promotes peace of mind for their families.

Pricing
Starting Price $8,500.00/month
Our price is all-inclusive of all levels of care, all meals, snacks, laundry service, housekeeping and activities. There is an additional fee for incontinence supplies. Individuals are responsible for personal supplies and insurance co-pays for medications. We are a private pay community, and we accept and work with long-term care insurance carriers. We do not accept Medicaid.

I really appreciate the care this facility gives its residents. They cook real meals that smell amazing! Residents comment how good it is! Mimis House feels like home! I've recommended it to several ppl i know!

During my search in early 2025, to find a good place for my wife, I decided on two places. Mimi's House and one other. The difference being that Mimi's had a trained staff for Alziemers. The others did not. A clean facility, comfortable private rooms, FULL bathrooms (most places had one shower per floor). Having a controlled occupancy, residents can get more prompt attention. Meals are prepared in their kitchen and not placed in warming racks to be distributed. They do have snacks onsite and not in vending machines. Pricing is average because of private rooms only. The area is pleasant with Police, EMS and Fire Department just around the corner.

Mimi's House in Maineville is a very well ran Assisted living with 2 home style/ type living areas. Mimi's gives its residents a Home type environment, that most residents and families prefer to typical ALs or SNF's in the Area. Danielle Brown and her staff give excellent care to their residents and families. You won't find this kind of family care and environment anywhere else in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Mimi’s House truly has such a warm, comfortable, home-like feel to it. You can tell the residents are genuinely cared for. The staff is kind, compassionate, and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel safe, comfortable, and at home. I can't say enough about the quality of this home and the staff.
