Traditions of Deerfield is an amazing place! The facility is top notch, the staff highly qualified and caring, and the food quality is very good. I enjoy the restaurant feel of the dining room featuring specials for every meal plus two other menus in case the special is not interesting. There are many activities to do and I enjoy the live music every Wednesday. Happy Hour is offered every day. I feel very at home here.

There are not enough words for what the memory care team did for my mom, and for me, during the last month of her life. My mom was only here for one month, after a very difficult experience at another facility, and the difference was immediate. Tiffany, the Memory Care Director, is extraordinary. From the moment my mom arrived, Tiffany saw her clearly and compassionately. She recognized immediately that what had been labeled as “behavioral” elsewhere was something deeper that needed proper medical and psychiatric support. Because of that insight, my mom finally got the care she truly needed. Tiffany also noticed my mom’s weight loss right away and brought in hospice without hesitation. She communicated with me—calling, updating, guiding, and supporting me through every step. I was never left wondering or worrying. I always knew my mom was being truly cared for. But what matters most is this: Tiffany gave my mom peace. In the final month of her life, my mom experienced a level of calm and comfort that I’m not sure she had ever truly known. And because of that, I was able to be present with her in a way I hadn’t been able to before. The night before she passed, I brought my daughter to visit. We sat together, had cookies, and shared a moment I will carry with me forever. That kind of moment would not have been possible even a month earlier. Tiffany and her team made that possible. They didn’t just care for my mom, they cared for us. They showed up with empathy, attentiveness, and humanity in a way that goes far beyond any job description. Tiffany even offered to help me move her old bed and cried with me when my mom passed. That is not just professionalism, that is heart. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be truly seen, understood, and cared for with dignity and compassion, the memory care team here is exceptional. Tiffany gave my mom, and me, the greatest gift: a peaceful, gentle ending and a soft place to land. I will never forget that.

My mom stayed here recently and had a very positive experience. The management and staff are friendly, kind, and attentive. It’s a lovely facility—well maintained and attractive—and the food is great! Lots of opportunities for socializing are also available. My family and I appreciate their attention to detail and the care they gave my mom!

I visited Traditions at Deerfield last week and was very impressed with the facilities. The building was state of the art, immaculate and well staffed. Jody was highly informative about the center and at the same time, compassionate about the gravity of placing a loved one in senior care. Traditions is high on my list of possible placement.
