I toured several communities before this one, and Merrill Gardens stood out because it didn’t feel cold or clinical. The staff were genuinely kind, the apartments felt like home, and the energy was warm. The food was flexible and surprisingly tasty, and the activity calendar was packed with things that looked fun, not just filler. I left thinking, “I’d actually live here myself one day.”

I toured this community with my dad. I was very impressed by it. It looks like a Tuscany Villa. The apartments are big and spacious, they all have patio or balcony, full kitchen, all the amenities. And of course, there is a big pool. I hope my dad will move there soon so he can enjoy his senior years. The dining room is actually a restaurant with a full menu to chose from, all included in rent. Really beautiful!
