My grandma is a resident at Meadow Falls, and we have had such a great experience! The staff is absolutely wonderful—they are caring, friendly, and truly make her feel at home. The activities are great, and I love seeing how much they do to keep the residents active, engaged, and having fun. It gives our family so much peace of mind knowing she is surrounded by people who genuinely care. I would definitely recommend Meadow Falls to anyone looking for a caring place for their loved one!

When mom moved in it was called The Winfield at Middletown. The facility was small, quaint and homey and they did a great job. Since then, Meadow Falls bought the facility and it rapidly went downhill. 90% of the staff quit and it seems they may have filled their spots with friends and family (can you say nepotism?) At the same time the building flooded and took over 4 months to repair leaving residents unable to use the dining room or the main lobby. Since the time of the new owners, the care, the food, the staff shy of a couple great aides, was destroyed including my trust. Mom fell out of bed Memorial Day weekend because they left her wheelchair away from her where she couldn't reach it, and she laid on the floor for 2 hours before anyone found her. Their only solution to that was putting alarms on moms chair and bed. The next day, I discovered an aide on moms camera getting frustrated with mom and told her to go to hell. The facility had been notified of the situation on June 8th regarding said aide and as of today has done nothing about it. The aide still works there and they refuse to tell me what their policy is on abuse (verbal or otherwise) If she's saying things like this to residents on camera, i'm terrified of what she says or does to residents who do not have cameras in their room. If it wouldn't make moms dementia worse I would move her.

My Mom and I are so grateful for the support and care from the staff at Meadow Falls of Middletown. They consistently show Mom compassion and kindness and always quick to ask how they can support. Several staff members hold a special place in my heart for the guidance they provided during a very difficult time. Meadow Falls of Middletown doesn’t feel like a facility, it feels more like a cozy community that is always clean and tidy. My Mom loves the activities, especially BINGO, Coffee Club, games and outings! The days are FILLED with a variety for everyone! Salon, podiatry and other services available onsite too! The residents have a voice in the ongoings of their home and the staff always makes sure they are heard, acknowledged and tries their best to accommodate. I am very grateful for all who have welcomed my Mom and Prince Louie, who has been voted the best corgi around!
