Our experience at Enclave has been overwhelmingly positive. People move mountains to help my mother move in with some complex health issues. Her care has been amazing and the staff is incredibly kind. Their communication is outstanding if I could give them 4 1/2 stars I would because really the only half star I took off was due to the kitchen and room right now. The food is average, but the kitchen often runs out of what they’re offering and there seems to be no organized system for waiting on tables and getting food out. The waitresses are lovely though. Compared to the rest of the care in the amazing facility this is a very minor thing so I would definitely recommend this location for your loved one.

Enclave in Springboro is the absolute BEST!!! My mom was treated with dignity, respect and love. As a dementia person and lifelong secretary, Mom was allowed to “take notes” of "meetings." And Debby was fantastic with her knowledge and care!💚

Im a resident that has lived here 8 years this month.and the management has been the best I've seen now. The housekeeping always does a great job, and their is so much to choose for activities Shirley and the girls also do a great job bringing in a variety of entertainment. Dinning room is improving along with the variety of food.The transportation is always available and Scott is great. Wish I was home but I'm not capable of being there so if I had to choose anywhere I'm so glad I chose The Enclave of Springboro.

My parents were residents from 2/2025 to 11/2025. Enclave had heavy staff turnover while they were residents, including their physician &APRN, chef. The nursing director was let go also. They have heavy agency staff presence which has very poor care consistencies and communication. I found it very difficult to communicate my parents medical needs to anyone as there is no system in place to do so. Housekeeping was poor, my parents shower and flooring was rarely cleaned and filthy when they moved out, never dusted. The activities are falsely advertised. Example: exercise class in only once a week but is on the schedule daily(they call it a "filler"). The food went from good to poor and limited selection with long wait times due to short staffing. My father had his wallet stolen and I've had to replace the contents, when I reported this the reply was they would keep an eye out for it. The Enclave has some kind people but overall their issues are deep seeded and I would not recommend.
