Well the honeymoon is over! A new management team took over a few months ago. A town hall meeting was held on May 13 to introduce the new management team to the residents. We were told a new internet service provider would be in place within a week. It's been over 2 months and nothing has happened. We were told that the community pool would be ready for use immediately. The pool continues to be cloudy and dirty. There is no pool service (other than the property maintenance team) to properly maintain the pool. All they do is throw a robot cleaner in the pool. I've seen residents clean out the skimmers and brush the pool. I doubt the filters are ever cleaned and serviced. The city closed the pool on June 23 and it has remained closed to this date (July 22). So much for swimming during the Texas summers. Don't be deceived. Look at the picture of the pool on the website and then the picture of the pool today. The resident portal has been down for many days now. Residents can not submit maintenance requests. So we have to go to the office to report the problems. Then it takes days to get something repaired. It would be nice to see management's responses and corrective actions to these issues. Thanks.

I wanted to shout out a big thank you to an Orchards Market Plaza for letting me host my daughters first baby shower here in what we call the Great Room (GR)! I’ve added pictures of my family and friends, and wanted to expressed just how much living at this place and having a community means to me!

Good morning, my wife and I just moved in 3 days ago, and I just wanted to express how wonderful the management team has been during the Lease and move in process. Holly and Krysta especially have bent over backwards to ensure everything has been covered, and it has. So far it's been a great experience and I look forward to many years of living here. I will post more updates as my wife and I settle in. Thanks to the management team and the maintenance team for accommodating our needs...
