My husband & I had an informative tour & enjoyable two night stay at Maravilla. We really appreciated the welcoming staff & hospitality shown us. Having an opportunity to visit with some residents gave a sense of what living at Maravilla could be like.

Lovely spot. We had a delicious lunch with Hannah, the marketing associate who was our guide for our visit. We are just beginning to tour retirement communities but I expect Maravilla will be at the top of our list.9

I took a tour and lunch at Maravilla 2 days ago. Kit. was wonderful friendly very bubbly to talk to. She is very honest and genuine. One of the resident joined for lunch and she also told me what I needed to hear about maravilla. I also am touring few other places. I am not yet ready to move until mid next year 2026. I like greenery which I felt is lacking at this place . Austin is hot most of the year and trees and shrubs make it better.

Our mother resided in the memory care section of Maravilla at the Domain for approximately 18 months, a period marred by consistent concerns regarding unsanitary conditions, deficient care, and serious safety lapses. Despite periodic meetings with Executive Director Mark and Memory Care Director James, these critical issues persisted. We repeatedly encountered unsanitary conditions, including a pervasive urine odor in her room due to trash not being promptly removed. Furthermore, the disrespectful and impatient tone a number of caregivers used when speaking to our mother was deeply distressing. Safety was a paramount concern that was consistently unaddressed. Our mother's alert cord never worked (we were given many excuses and promises to get the cord in working order), forcing her to call us directly when she needed assistance. We then had to reach out to James, often with delayed responses, hoping he would dispatch someone to her room. The most alarming issue involved medication mismanagement. Medications were not administered in a timely manner, and we ultimately discovered she received an incorrect dosage. This final incident was the decisive factor that prompted us to seek alternative care. Considering the substantial cost, the profound lack of adequate care and accountability at Maravilla at the Domain was very disappointing.
