My mom is a current resident. Constantly smells in the hallways. I've never encountered a friendly worker there. The front desk people are lovely, but whoever answers the phone is perpetually nasty. Although I know it's hard to find a good care facility, we expected more from this place for our mother.

We were so scared about moving my mother into memory care. After meeting the wonderful staff and getting mom settled in, it was the best decision we couldve made.
