Beautiful location! Right in the heart of cool springs! This community is very close to anything you could ever want or need. It sits on five acres of land and has a lovely quarter mile walking path! Also a beautiful garden space!

My parents moved in to the Manor at Steeplechase last November after jumping around to several different independent living communities in the area that just weren’t right for them. Immediately they fell in love with the well kept grounds, comfortable apartments, personable staff, and vast activities offered to all of the residents at the Manor of Steeplechase. I attended this recent Mother’s Day Brunch/Tea party that the Manor hosted and couldn’t believe how active the community was and how professional and put together everything was. I wish I had moved my parents here in the first place, they’ve never been happier! If you’re looking into Independent Living Facilities for you or your parents, look no further. The Manor at Steeplechase makes everyone feel welcome and at home immediately!

Beautiful location!!! Management is very responsive to solving issues. Food is dynamite!!!! Residents are involved in the community and there is always something to do for those who are very active. This is a great place for Mom or Dad’s that looking to downsize from retirement and live comfortably. Very affordable rates and definitely lower than other Senior living communities in the area!

We moved in to Steeplechase almost two weeks ago. We absolutely love it here. The residents are extremely friendly, and the staff could not be kinder or more helpful. They have thought of everything, including hardware on the doors that is easy to use, bathroom fixtures that are at a good height, and the availability of several different floor plans. The meals are delicious. The staff is so caring and there is a general positive attitude here. Many types of activities are available. One can choose from very active things such as exercise classes or the walking paths or something that stimulates your mental capabilities such as trivia. The grounds are very well kept, and it feels like country inside the city. We feel right at home here And are so pleased with our decision to move into the Manor at Steeplechase.
