If I could give Zero stars I would. I signed my mother up to come here. During the waiting (as she was not moved in), her health declined and I had to sign her up with a different facility. I explained this to Brookdale, and they have done nothing but charge my Mom, and collectors have been calling her. My brother and I have spoken with the top management (Mark Frazee and Gary Burns) including emailing explaining all of this. It seemed like there was an understanding. However, not so. They are harassing my Mom and haven't stopped. Do Not take your family members here. Unfortunately this facility seems like they only care for the money, not the person. This is harassment!

Mark and Gary harass clients. I took my grandmother on a tour of the place and will not step foot into that building again. They are pushy and money hungry. And will put on a convincing show just to get what they want. Do NOT take your family members to this establishment. Also they do not mention that the rent goes up yearly to an exceedingly high amount.

Brookdale Independent Living Franklin was the best home for our dad to spend his last years. Tim Sovie and his staff are the best. They go above and beyond and they are all loving, respectful and very patient with the residents and family. Our dad (Royce) loved it there.

My mother has lived here for 8 years and is extremely happy with everything about the facility and so am! All of the associates are very kind, caring and respectful to all the residents. They are very attentive and helpful and always with a smile. Mom feels comfortable and safe here and I never have to worry about her. The food is always good and I love to come and eat with her often. I highly recommend Brookdale Franklin because it is a wonderful place that has highly competent professionals caring for your loved one and also fun activities and a genuine atmosphere of a happy family and good friends.
