Memory Care
Memory care communities offer specialized care and support for individuals dealing with memory-related conditions, such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. These facilities are equipped with trained staff and offer engaging activities designed to promote well-being while ensuring a safe living environment.
Respite Care
Respite care is short-term or temporary care. Respite care can be provided in adult day centers, in private homes via home health agencies and in senior living communities, most often assisted living or skilled nursing facilities.

We recently checked my mom into the Harpeth at Harmony Hills. She was needing an advanced level of care and I was having trouble finding a place for her. Lisa and Bailey worked with me and helped develop a plan to be able to assist us as take my mother into the facility. They have been wonderful to work with, from the paper work process to getting her settled into her new room there. The staff have been friendly and wonderful to my mom. It has helped the transition of her going into assisted living with the quality and the kindness my whole family has experienced from The Harpeth at Harmony Hills. I highly recommend that you look here if you are needing care for yourself or a family member. Our experience has been wonderful.

The staff are very caring towards the residents. The front desk is always friendly and welcoming whenever I visit. I have had a very pleasant experience thus far. I would definitely suggest moving your loved one into this community. It is small, one-story building that is easy to get around. They have courtyard access apartments in both Assisted Living and Memory Care. There is a nice shaded front area with rocking chairs for residents and visitors to spend time on a nice day. The directors are all also very friendly and accommodating. There is definitely a lot of great reasons to move your loved one to this community. I would highly recommend!

I have had the pleasure of visiting Harpeth at Harmony Hills, and the staff have always been pleasant when I arrive, and take care of the residents. The front desk staff are always very friendly and helpful. Bailey plans the best events for the residents and community to keep them engaged, and is very personable and friendly when I go in to visit. I can appreciate the teams dedication to providing a safe, happy and supportive environment.

If it weren’t for my Husband’s Caregiver, he would not be there. This place is a mess. Lisa, who manages the facility is lazy, she lacks leadership, she’s a liar and she doesn’t care. We have a Long Term Care insurance that pays for his monthly stay. Lisa’s responsibility is to fill out the form and send it back via fax. I just got off the phone with LTC Corporate office. I have not received a check in 3 months That’s over $15,000. She told me she had sent the information to Corporate. Why look me in the eye with attitude and lie to me? She’s not doing her job because she doesn’t care. I hope Corporate reads this. Lisa, your actions affect the people and their families who think their love ones are being taken care of. The lobby smells of soiled diapers. They wheel them in the lobby and they have to stay. No freedom to go to their rooms. They are sleeping in their wheelchairs and the sofa. Most look like they are medicated. There are some nurses and assistants who really care. They are understaffed. Brenda Corbin
