As a Registered Nurse working in elder care, I am in a lot of LTC and ACLF weekly. Recently I experienced a facility that is truly providing Holistic Resident, Patient Centered Care. Silverado of Franklin TN is spot on . I observed an atmosphere that is conducive to healing, with aroma therapy, pet therapy, Interactive activities. Fine dinning with table clothes and flowers. Meals that looked pleasing and healthy. The staff was professional. The Licensed Nursing Staff was professional and compassionate. The building was clean and decorated with a calming and welcoming appearance. What a welcome concept in elder care. Well done Silverado.

I recently assisted with transitioning a resident into Silverado and their care and level of attention was so focused and heightened during a vulnerable time for our client. They really do have an approach to memory care that I haven’t seen anywhere else. They treat their residents like grown human beings, not children. Activities are elevated and mature- I cannot say enough. Crystal is so attentive and respectful and we are grateful to know her!

I recently had the opportunity to meet with facilities team and learn more about the Silverado model for memory care. I am excited to see how Silverado will change the landscape and face of memory care, as a facility whose sole focus is patients living with dementia.
