There is a young man his name is Isaac. I asked him his name. I believe his last name was Ortega I heard .. He very very polite to my wife and I. He had great customer service. I got lost when I got to the gate and he was able to explain where to go.. I would love to see employees like this in the future because the last time there was a girl in the front she was very rude. This young man deserves a recognition. He’s very very polite and always has a smile on his face.. I asked him if he had kids and he said he was a single dad of two beautiful daughters. I think that’s commendable of this young man and the company to really encourage and help young men like this to support their children. You guys are very lucky to have this young man. The last time I didn’t even wanted go to the gate because the girl was very rude.

The tour was great. I would have liked to have seen an apartment but there were none available. The renovations were very nice. I look forward to continued contact as I explore an independent living situation for myself.

We investigated several other facilities, but none of them offered the number of activities that we have here. The entire staff treats me like their grandmother.

I was referred to Liberty Heights by two of the best Orthopedic Surgens in the state. The reason they picked Liberty Heights is because they felt the simultaneous hip and knee operations required the best.Now from experience I echo their confidence. All of Liberty Hights deserves Superlatives but I would like to focus on Physical Therapy. They are the GREATEST OF ALL TIME. Specifically the leadership Is driven to excellence. Jeff is off the chart in his mission. The Physical Therapy team Is composed of the best talent in the bussiness.. Gemma Jen and Errick according to my doctors pulled off a miracle to accelerate my rehab from a a train wreck to a high degree of mobility in less than 3 months.INCREDABLE!
