I attended a family event at StoneCreek and left feeling incredibly impressed by the energy and atmosphere in the community. A big part of that was due to Sarah, the Memory Care Coordinator. What stood out most was her ability to make every resident feel important. She was constantly interacting with residents, encouraging participation, sharing laughs, and making sure no one was left out. The residents seemed genuinely happy to see her, which says a lot about the relationships she has built. The activity itself was well organized, creative, and thoughtfully planned. It was clear that Sarah puts a tremendous amount of effort into creating meaningful experiences rather than simply filling time on a schedule. She brings enthusiasm, positivity, and a personal touch that makes a difference. As a visitor, I could see that she truly advocates for her residents and takes pride in providing them with opportunities to stay engaged, social, and connected. Her passion for memory care shines through in everything she does. StoneCreek is fortunate to have someone so dedicated to enriching the lives of its residents. Our family recently visited StoneCreek and had the pleasure of meeting Sarah, the Memory Care Coordinator. I am so impressed with this community! The food is outstanding and menus changes seasonally with plenty of variety that residents truly enjoy. The new leadership team has brought wonderful energy and a strong commitment to throughout the community. The care provided has been exceptional, and it’s evident that the staff genuinely care about the residents’ well-being and happiness. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place where their loved one.

Looking into this place for my mother to move to. The place looks really nice and the staff was very friendly. I spoke with Ashley. She was able to answer all of my questions and was very helpful and professional. Would recommend for other families to check this place out.
