I attended a family event at StoneCreek and left feeling incredibly impressed by the energy and atmosphere in the community. A big part of that was due to Sarah, the Memory Care Coordinator. What stood out most was her ability to make every resident feel important. She was constantly interacting with residents, encouraging participation, sharing laughs, and making sure no one was left out. The residents seemed genuinely happy to see her, which says a lot about the relationships she has built. The activity itself was well organized, creative, and thoughtfully planned. It was clear that Sarah puts a tremendous amount of effort into creating meaningful experiences rather than simply filling time on a schedule. She brings enthusiasm, positivity, and a personal touch that makes a difference. As a visitor, I could see that she truly advocates for her residents and takes pride in providing them with opportunities to stay engaged, social, and connected. Her passion for memory care shines through in everything she does. StoneCreek is fortunate to have someone so dedicated to enriching the lives of its residents. Thank you, Sarah, for making such a positive impact on the community.

Beautiful, warm and welcoming facility and staff. Excellent and efficient care given by the staff. Quality operations, nice floorplans and options to choose from. Delicious food and nice amenities offered. Kim and Ashley were very informative and helpful admitting our loved one into Assisted Living. I can't say enough great things about this facility and its operations. Thank You.

Came into the community for an impromptu tour and Ashley was fantastic showing us around and answering our questions. We got to meet the ED and Nurse who were also nice enough to take time to answer our questions (being that we didn't have an appt). The staff was friendly & the place was beautiful.

Stopped in to get some information and was greeted with friendly, polite staff. The place is absolutely beautiful and residents I saw seemed very happy! I was informed that new management was in place and some exciting changes are in the works. I’m looking forward to possibly being a new resident in the future!
