Liana takes superior care of my 100 year old mom with severe dementia. There is plenty of staff, they are very attentive, they always know where she is and what she is up to: there are many eyes on her. Her room is very clean and she is bathed frequently. This isn’t easy as dementia patients don’t always like showering! My mom is engaged in exercise and activities. The food is very good. The ED communicates thoroughly and the billing staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition to our long term care insurance. This is a fantastic facility!

I toured the facility and was very impressed with the beauty and cleanliness but I have to mention the staff was very clean and dressed appropriately. The Culture of your facility is what stood out the most, very friendly people in general including residents, visitors and staff. The place I was looking for my loved one and This place is it! Thank you so much❤️

one nurse aid had no teeth, he had the job, nepotism. I came to visit my parent and found them face down on floor in a pool of blood. urine soaked diaper.. so soaked it was through the pants... no staff in sight . toothless nurse aid was extremely disrespectful... ignored me ... my parent died two weeks later...
