Respite Care

My father lives here since September the 1st. I want to express all my gratitude to all the special attentions he has had from all the staff. Especially during Hurricane Milton, 3 meals and snacks served and it felt very secure. Activities available so we could be entertained. Thank you Deena, Jose, Christine, and all the staff. Best independent living experience! My father is 92 and mobile. Very grateful to places like these. It’s peace of mind for the family and the person that is living here their last stage in life. ❤️

I want to thank Deena Bryant for all her help in assisting my 85 year old mother who is a resident of Desoto Beach Club. She recently went the extra mile to help coordinate my mother's trip abroad to visit me by printing documents and ensuring necessary paperwork was provided. My mother has resided at the Club for the past five years, and the facility's care and support for her could not be more appreciated. It is wonderful seniors can maintain their independent living and happiness via such a well run and operated facility. Bonus-- it is also undergoing a significant remodeling project for further beautification!

When Chuck, my husband of 57 years passed away I was devistated. Being visually impared it was extremely important that I find the right place to live. The Desoto Beach Club could not have been anymore PERFECT. Tnis is my family. EVERYONE here is wonderful..from Deena to the lady that cleans my room. The management and employees really care. The young women in the diningroom are so special..remembering how you like your salad and the foods you prefer always with a smile.Darlene always has an activity and entertainment that we can enjoy if we want to. Then there is Richard the" crack up "bus driver. Richard takes us all over from Dr. appointments to thrift stores.(You've got to love a man that knows where all the thrift stores are) and we can not forget Jose who gives the warmest hug when you need it. That's a few of the employees and my fellow residents make up the rest of this fantastic family. Don't hesitate to come join our family and when you do make sure to look me up. Mary T.

I had to experience it before I could believe just how awesome this Holiday Retirement community really is in every way. The staff, led by Kelley Yoder (General Manager), treats the residents of this Independent Living community with loving care. The entire management team and staff work together in harmony to provide an enriched life experience. The residents themselves reflect the care and attention they receive and share in interesting activities both on site and out in the surrounding area. The meals are varied and delicious, three time a day. WOW, this is the Life!
