Lexington Heritage, located in a quaint corner of bustling Greenfield, near Milwaukee, opened its doors to residents in February 2000. Since then, the inviting 20-unit community has been home to Assisted Living residents who enjoy a small, close-knit community, paired with homelike amenities and unparalleled care. Our studio, one- and two-bedroom assisted living apartments come complete with a kitchenette, private bathroom with walk-in shower and spacious storage areas. Our goal is to provide all residents of our senior living communities in the Milwaukee area with everything they need to live their best life!
