We live in the west Independent living apartment building. The staff and residents are friendly and helpful. We’re very happy with our choice of independent living facilities. You can’t beat the beautiful grounds and walking paths around our lake. We love how the grounds have been decorated for Christmas. We’re happy to answer any questions .

I can’t say enough great things about this senior home community! From the moment you step onto the beautiful campus, you feel welcomed and at ease. The vibe throughout is warm, uplifting, and full of life. The dining experience is truly impressive—meals are delicious, well-balanced, and served in a comfortable, friendly setting. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure every resident feels cared for and valued. A special shoutout to Kelli Mercado, whose compassion, professionalism, and positivity truly set the tone for the entire community. Kelli goes above and beyond every single day, and her presence makes a noticeable difference. We are so grateful for her! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a loving and vibrant senior living environment.

Lake Port Square has been a great place for our loved one. The staff is friendly, the building is clean, and there’s a real sense of community. We especially want to thank Kelli Marcado. She is kind, professional, and truly cares about the residents. Kelli always takes the time to help and makes everyone feel special. We recently attended an open house at Lake Port Square and were so impressed. My mom was a bit nervous since we’re just starting to explore senior living, but the staff was incredibly welcoming. We toured the west building and got to meet resident ambassadors that were helping with this event, and it made her feel at ease and even excited! Her sales counselor has already set up a private tour and lunch with the couple she met that lived there, which was nice to see. It truly felt like I got a glimpse into a happy, connected future for her. Thank you for making us feel so at home!
