We recently attended an open house at Lake Port Square and were so impressed. My mom was a bit nervous since we’re just starting to explore senior living, but the staff was incredibly welcoming. We toured the west building and got to meet resident ambassadors that were helping with this event, and it made her feel at ease and even excited! Her sales counselor has already set up a private tour and lunch with the couple she met that lived there, which was nice to see. It truly felt like I got a glimpse into a happy, connected future for her. Thank you for making us feel so at home!

My husband and I moved to Lake Port Square 2 years ago. We decided on LPS because of the beautiful grounds, apartments and the residents and staff. The residents and staff made us feel so welcomed from day one. Our town centre is under construction and will be beautiful again with lots of new amenities once finished. Unfortunately my husband passed away recently and I couldn't believe all the support and love I received from residents and staff. I am so thankful we moved here when we did because we were able to establish relationships and friendships. We never know what tomorrow will bring so I recommend if you are thinking of moving here don't wait.

Lake Port Square has been a great fit for our family. The staff actually care—not in a corporate way, but genuinely. The grounds are peaceful and well-kept, and there’s always something going on for residents who want to stay active. The food is solid, the apartments are spacious, and most importantly, there’s a real sense of community here. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences so far.

I can’t say enough good things about Lake Port Square. From the moment we walked in, the environment felt warm, clean, and truly welcoming. The staff treats residents with care, patience, and genuine respect, which gave our family tremendous peace of mind. One person who really stood out is Kellie Marcado. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, engaged, and well cared for. Kellie’s professionalism, compassion, and positive energy made a lasting impact. She took the time to explain things thoroughly, always followed through, and treated residents like family. We are grateful to everyone at Lake Port Square for creating a place that truly feels like home. Highly recommend this facility to any family looking for quality senior care.
