My parents have been well cared for at Juniper Springs. The staff are very patient and genuinely caring in their efforts to provide a professional, fun and positive atmosphere for their residents. Juniper Springs has truly become home for my mom and she has made many lovely supportive friends in her community. She enjoys the activities and special events that are regularly organized and presented. The hair dresser lady is a God-send!! All of the staff were amazing in walking us through the death process of my father and his memory care needs. We really appreciate that my mom has a safe, beautiful and peaceful home where we can trust in her care when we can’t be there.

Juniper Springs Senior Living has been a truly great place for our Mom. We looked at facilities in both Bend and Redmond Oregon before deciding on Juniper Springs. The staff has always been very friendly and works hard to provide a caring and inclusive experience. If we have questions or anything needs attention, staff is quick to respond. The building and apartments are some of the nicest around! The food service has been great and always quite good. The community size was perfect as we could see larger communities being almost too overwhelming. A very good experience overall and we are glad we found them!

I have had the pleasure of sharing the life of my beloved Uncle with the Juniper Springs community and staff. He anxiously awaited for the doors to open so he could be one of the first residents in the new building. My Uncle Virgil and our family highly recommend Juniper springs for their loyalty, love and compassion that they have for their residents. There are many choices for our elderly population and I would recommend visiting any facility that you may be considering housing for. We stopped in unexpectedly and were warmly greeted by reception, were able to have all our questions answered and had the pleasant opportunity of meeting their marketing director, Jen who scheduled us for a formal meeting and tour of the facility. During his assessment, the nurse was thorough and compassionate making my Uncle feel at ease. In short, I would highly recommend Juniper Springs for your loved one.

We moved my Aunt to Juniper Springs and we could not be happier! Jenn made the admissions process easier and made sure all our questions were answered. The staff is helpful and respectful and it feels like home now. She has made friends and enjoys all the activities that they offer. She loves all the choices at mealtimes. Thank you to the staff at Juniper Springs for making it such a special place.
