This place is utterly insane!!! I have resided here for nine months and this place just keeps getting worse by the day! I am trying to leave but administration here does whatever it can to block that so that they can get my monthly rental and that is all that they are interested in in this facility!! They lie to you on a daily basis and make up their own rules, Which changes whenever they want to change the rules to benefit corporate, and ignore the needs of their residents. They only follow doctors orders as it will benefit them and not the patient! This place has to be the absolute worst resident assisted home on this planet!! I would not even send my dog here for Assistance!! Well, you have all been warned from a true resident Of this hell hole, so do your loved ones a favor, and stay completely away from this assisted living, or so it’s called, residence!!!

This is probably my fifth delivery there and the way the employees talk to the residence is sad. It is not OK and I would not place a Member no compassion no respect no way to treat another human being especially when you’re supposed to care for. I can only imagine what they do behind closed doors.

I have a sister that’s been in Juniper Canyon for almost one year, she lost mobile and verbal functions from a severe stroke. My experience with the staff has always been pleasant and any questions our family had they were quick to answer to the best of their ability and always very patient with my sister. She loves almost everyone working here and is happy to be in their care. It’s clean, quiet and the food isn’t bad. Thank you Juniper Canyon staff!!!!!

This place had somthing special at the start, but its crashing and burning or already a smoldering heap or rubble already. Am not scared to say what happened here even though the head leader "jen" threatened us if we attacked this company over the internet saying " you will never work in this industry again" but as someone that's a cook there is always a need for a cook or a chef at many other places outside insutal cooking jobs. 1- they are still holding my final wages upward of 600$+ 2- lack of care at midnight hours 3- no one was trained to deal with what they where dealing with 4-only one or two people in MGMT had a clue what was going on 5-they hired a new MGMT that made hidden deals with staff that where never filled 6- as a chef my one mission is to make sure the food is safe and edible "care staff wipe butts" then agure with me over washing hands before touching my plates" I found multiple hairs on plates going out from lack of PPE even better they write me up for enforcing safe serving saying " this isn't a 5 star ressaunt " the difference between a 1 and a 5 star is just caring a little My conclusion is they need to wrong alot of rights and clear there karma before miving forward with there practices
