They will not hire a recreation Therapist or Activity Director in order to improve everyone’s (staff and residents) quality of life! This proves that the agency has no intention of improving a seniors’ health, well-being, and ability to interact with others! A qualified RT will also decrease a loved one’s depression, anxiety and any feelings of loss and helplessness that comes with being in a new environment! If I could give -1 stars, I would!
