For the first time meeting with Marie-Property Manager at Vintage Knolls apartments, this was such a friendly, informative and professional experience. The office and clubhouse that’s a-jointed is extremely well-maintained and beautiful, as is the entire property. My experience with USA Properties overall (visiting a few recently), I have been extremely impressed and hope to have the opportunity (in the near future) to be one of their tenants, specifically Vintage Knolls!!!

This is a great community where one would wish to live in the seniors years. Peaceful , attractive and friendly. The management always ensure that residents are happy. They care. I strongly recommend.

I like this place because there’s very calm and green, there are two parks nearby. The tenants are nice and friendly. Our manager is very polite and patient. Also other staff members are reliable and responsible. I’m very thankful for their services and support.
