I’ve found Brookdale to be a very welcoming and caring environment that my mother has adapted quickly to. The staff has always been very kind and accommodating of any requests which has made things as stress free as possible. Very responsive whenever I’ve had inquiries as well. Overall I’ve had a great experience so far, and would recommend it to anyone who may have a family member who is in need of an assisted living situation in the area.

Our mom moved into Brookdale South March of this year following a stroke and being cared for in her home over the past 5 years. Even though mom is unable to speak now, she seems to be less lonely being around other people. The staff are kind and patient with our mom and seems to genuinely care about her. We have appreciated their prompt response when we voice a concern. Overall, we’ve been pleased with her move to Brookdale.

The staff at Brookdale South has always been very professional and attentive to my Mother's needs. They know her moods and routines, alerting me when they feel something is wrong. She enjoys all the activities...cards, painting, manicures, lunch bunch, etc. The facility is always clean and well kept. I would have no reservation recommending Brookdale to others.

Brookdale staff provides my grandmother with wonderful care. They pay close attention to her safety. If my mom or I ever have questions they are right there to answer them. The nursing staff is very responsive when we think something might be wrong. They also provide many activities for the residents for them to do. Brookdale is a wonderful company and works really hard to provide safe enviorment facilities for residents. I would highly recommend this company to any new family member and resident.
