What a great experience. I've never had to navigate anything like this before, but after my dad has been there for a year I couldn't be happier. The staff is so supportive and responsive. Dad wasn't in a good place living on his own but he's definitely in a great place now. I don't know how the folks at Brookdale do what they do every day but I feel so fortunate to have found them.

We've been very happy with Brookdale North. Always clean. Regular activities include bus rides, church services, movie nights, bingo. Awesome staff!

Brookdale Bartlesville North provides excellent care and personal services for my mother! The staff are amazingly kind and considerate of residents and family members! My family loves to visit Mom at her assisted living apartment! We participate in activities and enjoy the food! We love Brookdale!

My mom was there over a year. The food was sub par, the housekeeping often poor, the floor and the bathrooms always needed attention. I felt there was misleading information about the costs. Also, she was admitted knowing that she only had money enough for a year, then would need Medicaid assistance. We were told that we would be worked out when the time came. It wasn't. We applied to many nursing centers that took Medicaid patients but she was not accepted by any of them due to her attempts to escape. The facility was locked and she walked very slowly with a Walker. She was never able to escape. Not until she was exposed to the Covid 19 virus by the staff and died.
