My Dad has lived at what is now called Asher Point nearly 4 years. He just moved to an Assisted Living place but has paid his rent until the end of this month. (December 2024) And NOW THEY WON'T ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS. I have to tie up loose ends but then got a bad cold & so can't go to their office.

Too many new changes. Food is excellent for an Independent living community but everything has a Price.

I needed some help today getting an awkward item from my car to my nice apartment. Freddy Rocha, Office Manager, was on duty. I asked him to help me get the item to my room. He did not hesitate and said "Sure, I can help." He did and I am grateful for his presence, attitude, and resident support. He is, as they say today, AWESOME. Thank you Freddy. I went to the Tallgrass Estates Labor Day event and it was awesome! Some of the residents sang songs while others watched and enjoyed the presentation! Afterwards we all enjoyed a wonderful lunch! I had the honey mustard salad, which was delicious! All of the staff were very nice and kind. The building is large and very clean. I love the atrium design as you first walk in; it's beautiful.
