A beautiful facility that is peaceful and well maintained. The property manager truly cares about their residents. The facility has many nice amenities, and the location of the building is a good balance of having privacy while still being close to stores and restaurants in the area.

My mother was in an independent living apartment here for almost a year and a half. When she 1st moved in, everything was great. Then, ownership changed hands, and unfortunately, service and food quality, and variety went downhill. While 90% of the staff are absolutely amazing individuals - loving, caring, creative, patient, and kind - unfortunately, there is a thief in their midst who has stolen money or belongings from multiple residents. This is a devastating situation for an elderly population, some of whom are on fixed incomes and simply want to feel safe. I have recently moved my mother out of this facility. I truly hope the owners can get a handle on the key issues because this really is a beautiful property, and they do have many excellent employees.

Great Community. Community is updated and offers spacious space for retirement audience. Community is close to a variety of restaurants and shopping. Apartments are furnished with updated appliances and LED lighting.

My mom moved into Independence Village of Zionsville West about 6 months ago. Her experience was extremely positive. The activities are fantastic and well done with variety to appeal to all. The environment is beautiful and (most important to me) the nursing staff is caring and helpful. When my mom passed, the nursing staff and community were great. They did everything to support a peaceful passing with dignity. Tina and Victoria are the best. Thank you to all at Independence Village.
