This place is very unorganized and needs may major updates to the building. The place is not worth the amount that they charge for residents to stay there. I wouldn't eat out there kitchen due to the way it looks. The Administrator who started in Dec/Jan is very rude & demending and doesn't know to much about the nursing field and due to that she has lost to DON'S within months of each other due to her controlling ways. She has had staff leave that been there for years. The administrator ask me to sign her name on paper work to lie about in-service that wasn't given. As 6/18/25 I am going to add to my post because the owners choose to give the same statement as usually on all post but I want to address that Bloom might want to change their wording because I separated from you guys! I quit there after one month before my yr anniversary due to new Administration. That is defermation of character saying you sparated from me. I been in this field for 19yrs & love what I do & I couldn't take it anymore! I got ate by bed bugs there & have proof to show it & I wasn't going to upload the pictures but the owners are on here being untruthful! It's like 10 employees I can have come give their reviews since leaving there. I would never try and make a business owner look bad because I'm a small business owner too! But right is right and wrong is wrong! And here are half of the pictures I have of Bloom at Willow!

My 88 year old mom has been a resident for almost three years. In the last 6 months the facilities have been renovated and the atmosphere is very bright and welcoming. The staff is responsive and kind. My mom has advanced dementia and I couldn’t ask for her to receive better care. I couldn’t take as good of care of her as the staff does at Willow Lake Place. It is an excellent facility!

Initially it was great having our mom there. That staff was nice. But then covid hit and they became short staffed. Mom was neglected, was severely dehydrated and had a stroke and they didn't tell us. One caring soul confirmed what happened days later. We got in to see her but it was too late. As of 1/17/2024, I see the response below. That is not a sincere response from willowlake. It's just the same response they send everyone. The fact is....they neglected our mom and didn't tell us. She probably wasn't eating either because her mouth was twisted due to her stroke. My regret is that I didn't sue them. I hope Bloom does a better job. You need to fire the whole management staff and hire new people.

My father resided there for 3 1/2 years until he passed away. The staff showed such kindness, compassion and professionalism during his time there. I would highly recommend Willow Lake to families who are looking for an assisted living facility. This place and staff are top notch!
