Heron Point Independent Living of Vero Beach

My 91 yr old mom just moved into this community about a month ago and I have to say almost everyone in there, staff and residents, have truly bent over backwards to try to help her adjust and accommodate and feel happy and welcome in her new home. Her apartment is absolutely adorable, the food is delicious, the grounds are beautiful and kept immaculate. Most of the people that work in there, restaurant staff, transportation, concierge desk, maintenance and office have been so beyond nice and helpful towards her. Her housekeeper speaks Spanish with my mom, which it’s my mom’s language, so she has become a true blessing, she shows so much compassion and care towards my mom, it’s truly heartwarming to see how much she cares. Overall so far we are very grateful to have found this community for my mom

I'm so impressed with this facility! The building is always spotless and well-maintained, which shows the staff's dedication to providing a comfortable and safe environment for the residents. The team is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure the residents feel valued and supported. There's always something fun happening, whether it's a lively activity, a delicious meal, or a special event. The range of activities and amenities is truly impressive! I would highly recommend Regency to anyone looking for a wonderful senior living community. Five stars and a big thumbs up from me!

Residents and staff are very nice. Very clean. I enjoyed the restaurant with my friend who lives here. Good food.

We moved my dad in three weeks ago. They are supposed to clean the apartment once a week he has yet to see a housekeeper and has told them at the main desk. Also we were blatantly lied to by this person when looking at the place telling us that someone comes in daily to load the dishes and tidy up. When I mentioned this to the main desk the laughed and asked me where I got that info. When I told them who they were not surprised. Also they have food delivery my dad put his order in for dinner at 2 pm for 6 pm delivery. At 6:30 he called they said they would get on it at 7;30 he went down to pick it up himself and they wanted to charge him a delivery charge. He is 96 years old this is unacceptable. The hallway carpet are in desperate need of cleaning. We are very disappointed. If things don’t get better we are moving him out. Changed my rating due to housekeeping doing cleaning for a half hour only in the kitchen didn’t touch the rest of the apartment. Waiting too here from management. Won’t hold my breath
