We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this assisted living community. The staff has been incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive to both our family and my stepmom. One thing we especially appreciate is their excellent communication. Whenever my dad calls to check on her, they are always willing to take the time to update him and answer any questions, which gives our family so much peace of mind. Another thing that has stood out is how easy they make it to adjust the level of care as her needs change. The process has been effortless, and they’ve always been accommodating and understanding, making sure she continues to receive exactly the support she needs. It truly means a lot to know she is in a place where she is cared for with compassion and professionalism. We are very grateful for the staff and the environment they’ve created.

We moved in late 2025. Mom was in a skilled nursing facility. She came into Heartis Assisted living on a level 4 care. She has received consistently better care. Staff is extremely compassionate and prompt. Peyton and Tiffany are easy to reach and eager to hear the good and especially the bad, of which there have only been minor concerns. They are quick to address and followup. We explained when moving mom, we were moving her into the "country club"!! She's not been disappointed. We highly recommend Heartis Mid Cities

In November, 2025 our family unexpectedly found ourselves needing the services of an assisted living facility near our North Arlington (Viridian) community. After interviewing several programs, we ultimately decided on Heartis Mid Cities in Bedford, and we have subsequently been very pleased with this choice. From the top administrators to the caregivers, we have found that Heartis is staffed with a very caring, professional group. The general manager, Peyton Iman, is a very open, receptive administrator who is always available to discuss any issue that concerns us. Tiffany Romain, an RN, who is director of residential care is always available to discuss any issue that concerns us and "Q" her assistant, also a RN, takes care of our family members in a most friendly manner. They model open, friendly communication which we experience from all levels of caregivers and med-techs. We feel that we are a part of a "Family" of caring providers. Even Adrienne Silva, the business office manager, goes out of her way to make certain we have no unanswered questions. Without hesitation we provide our unqualified endorsement of Heartis Mid Cities and its staff as a desirable program for friends and family members in need of consistent, loving care.

My parents have lived at Heartis for several years, and it’s been such a relief knowing they’re truly cared for. When my mom was going through a significant mental health crisis, Tiffany, the assisted living nurse, helped us every step of the way through a very difficult time — we could not have navigated it without her. Everyone there, from the med techs to dining staff, know my parents by name and genuinely care about them. When my parents sold their house, Peyton even helped bring their piano to Heartis so everyone could enjoy it — a gesture that meant so much to them and to our family. We’ll always be grateful for the compassion, patience, and kindness everyone at Heartis has shown our parents.
