My mom has been in the memory care wing for about a year. All the staff are so kind and caring. They know just how to help her and make her comfortable. We feel she is in loving hands. The management works really well with the family, too. Months later, my brother moved into the independent living wing. It's a wonderful place for him to live, too! Safe, accessible, and accommodating. Such a nice place for friends and family to visit, too!

I've been at Heartis Mid-Cities for two weeks and so far it has been an EXCELLENT experience. I am quite happy living here. From Day 1, I have felt welcomed and part of a warm, friendly community. Gabby S, Marketing, has seen me through the transition from initial tour to these last 2 weeks. She and every staff member has been super, making me feel at home immediately. I've already met many of the wonderful residents. This place is clean, upbeat, friendly, and very "resident" oriented. There are many fun activities, frequent group outings, and in-house salon plus many other amenities. I especially love the Heartis Mid-Cities transportation mini bus with a dedicated driver. The food is very good, with wide selection offerings each meal, and a long window as far as dining room hours. Again, all staff are warm, patient and hard workers, dedicated to making the resident experience as nice as it can be.

While it is a difficult transition to move your previously fiercely independent parents into assisted living, Heartis has proven to be very accommodating and kind. I'd like to especially shout out Lakesha and Sam -- they are not only warm and friendly, they are always ready to help solve the inevitable issues that do come up. And the med techs -- Ruth, Morgan and Q are executing a challenging job with grace, humor and a fabulous attitude And I can't forget Shayla with her great smile, Imani with her diligence and Bonita with problem solving and many others!

What a stunning, beautiful community this is!! Great staff, delicious food, and spacious apartments! There is so much useable, common space outside the apartment to gather! The decorating is high-end, and beautiful!! From the decor, furniture, to the color choices! It really is a cruise ship on land!
