I've been to The Harvest numerous times, and each visit has been marked by cleanliness and excellent upkeep. Everyone I've met there has been courteous and inviting. It’s conveniently located and has a fresh, new vibe!

This place is simply beautiful. It's often understaffed. Friendly staff and security measures in place for residents. The residents I've crossed paths with seem happy to be there. Often, activities and games going on.

I love living at Harvest of Roanoke now. I moved in when they first opened. However, with very few residents at that time, I felt the atmosphere was cold and not much was happening. I moved to another assisted living facility. I only wish I had returned after a year. Boy! Things have certainly changed. Food is good. Residents and staff are so friendly. Great management, as well. What are you waiting for? Give Alaine a call a set up a tour. If your apartment isn’t available, put your name on the waiting list. You will not regret it.

From all sides of the facility management, wellness, activities, house keeping, and dining you see people trying to make this stage of life as home like as possible! From going to living on your own to having to learn to allow others to care for you, clean for you, make your food it seems like there will always be upset moments. If you stop and look around you will see this place has heart and passion in it! There will always be a complaint or things that go wrong, but that's life. The residents even have a council, a voice, and help to make it home. You can definitely see the love!
