Hartland Hills

My wife and I are looking for a place to move my mother, who recently had a fall and needs a place that has more & safer options than her current living situation. We’ve had the wonderful good fortune to look at Holiday Hartland and discuss our options with Rhonda. Very encouraged by what we’ve seen at this point and thrilled with the insight & personal attention we’re receiving during this extremely challenging transition.

My parents lived with me for five years before my mother passed away in March. I spent a month researching every possible option for my father to get him a good start for the next season of his life (ie. buying a small place, getting a duplex, renting an apartment, visited every independent living facility in town,...). We moved Dad into Hartland Hills at the end of April, and we couldn't have made a better decision. The staff and residents are WONDERFUL! The shared meals in the dining hall present the perfect opportunity for friendships to form. Dad began feeling at home almost immediately. I visited him several times a week and never came across anything I wasn't pleased with. To tell the full story, I loved everything about Hartland Hills enough that I decided to take a job here. And I still can't find anything negative to say about the place! Hartland Hills is a true gem.

Holiday Hartland Hills is such a wonderful facility! The staff, Bob, Rhonda and Nancy, are so kind and accommodating, meeting every need you may have. The surroundings are beautiful and the activities are always so fun and engaging for all! If you are looking for an independent living facility for your loved one, this is the place to be ! Review of Hartland Hills Senior Living and Bluegrass Health Care Moving my mother out of her longtime home was one of the hardest decisions our family had to make. Thankfully, we were fortunate to find Hartland Hills. From the very beginning, Rhonda was a tremendous help—guiding us through every step of the transition with patience, compassion, and expertise. My mother was stubborn, withdrawn, and not interested in leaving her room, eating in the dining area, or participating in any social activities. The staff never gave up on her. They put in the extra time, effort, and care to gently encourage her toward becoming more active and engaged. Thanks to their dedication, my mother is now making real progress. She’s healthier, more mobile, and even enjoying time with other residents. It’s clear the staff truly care for the people who live there, treating them like family and always going above and beyond.
