My experience with Harrison’s Crossing Health Campus has been nothing but positive. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and treated my loved one with genuine kindness and respect. They always took the time to answer our questions, kept us informed, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. What stands out most is how much the staff truly cares. They go the extra mile to make residents feel at home, and it shows in the way they interact with everyone. The facility is clean, well-kept, and has a warm, friendly atmosphere. Knowing my loved one was in such compassionate and capable hands gave our family real peace of mind. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done and would absolutely recommend Harrison’s Crossing Health Campus to anyone looking for quality care.

Harrison’s Crossing was absolutely amazing. The moment we walked in, the updated, modern look stood out immediately, it genuinely gave off hotel or resort vibes. Everything was clean, bright, and beautifully designed. For me, the modern style was a huge plus. I loved it. The amount of staff we saw was impressive, too. Everyone looked happy, engaged, and truly enjoying what they were doing. The energy in the building was great, and it’s clear the team takes pride in their work. But at the end of the day, it just wasn’t “ homey enough” for my grandpa. While I personally love modern spaces, he prefers a more traditional, cozy, home‑like environment. Harrison’s Crossing felt more like a high‑end resort than a home, and even though the care and atmosphere were wonderful, it didn’t match what he’s looking for. It’s an incredible building with amazing staff, just not the right fit for someone who wants a warm, home‑style feel rather than a hotel vibe.

The facility itself is clean, organized, and offers a variety of engaging activities that keep residents active and socially connected. Meals are well prepared, and the overall environment feels positive and supportive. We are very grateful for the care and kindness shown at Harrison Crossing and would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and caring place for their loved one.
