My fiancée’s grandmother recently stayed here for rehabilitation after being discharged from the hospital, and our family had a very positive experience. The staff was caring, compassionate, and treated her with dignity and respect throughout her stay. The nurses, therapists, and caregivers were attentive to her needs and worked hard to help her regain her strength and independence. Communication with our family was appreciated, and it was reassuring to know she was in good hands during her recovery. Thank you to everyone who played a part in her care and recovery journey. We are grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown to both her and our family.

Our experience with Cobblestone was moving an elderly beloved but independent family member with dementia from home to the Memory Care Assisted Living Unit. From preparation to move in, the Sales Department, Memory Care Unit, Department of Nursing, Business Office, and Maintenance Department worked with us through what could have been a very challenging experience to make the transition seamless. The Sales Representative and Nurse Leader for the Unit reassured us throughout the process, answered all questions, addressed any concerns, and always made time for us. They went above and beyond. We spend our visits being family again. We enjoyed our first family night! Thanks to all who provide a safe and caring environment for our loved one.

This is absolutely the worse place to put your loved ones. 90 percent of the staff is rude. We even had a family meeting with staff and I feel they just told us what we wanted to hear but did not follow through. My dad was put here for a 10 day rehab. We took him out after 8. He had lost weight and was not being taken care of at all. Our family personally watched staff being rude to patients, not just our dad. There were times of the day when you could not find a nurse anywhere. Does everyone take breaks and lunch at the same time?! The overall experience was just awful. Our dad passed away 5 days after leaving Cobblestone. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Doesn’t even deserve the one star.

Cobblestone has been a wonderful partner when our residents need a higher level of care. Their team is compassionate, professional, and makes transitions smooth for both residents and families. We truly appreciate having a trusted place that continues providing excellent care. Highly recommend!
