I have to brag on Amanda Waller, my dad is in her unit which is the Legacy Lane. I am having a hardtime with my dad having dementia and being there. He lived with my husband and I for 2 years until he got pneumonia and the flu. He was taken to the hospital then to Mill Pond. I will be honest it took me a little time to adjust and trust. But Amanda has been there for us thru thick and thin. On weekends when shes off. Late at night and even on her vacation. She started a support group for the families in the unit. Which is soo helpful She takes the residents and does special things with them. They have so many fun activities there for all the residents not just this unit. I have to brag on Mill Pond for being amazing. But if I didnt have Amanda behind my back. Im not sure I could trust as much as I do. There are several others that are good as well. Amanda is top notch. Her and Jennifer make quite an amazing team. My dad is definitely in good hands. I visit him every day. I love this place. Thank you Mill Pond for loving my dad like your own

Mill Pond is hands down the best assisted living facility I have ever visited! Every single person/staff you meet is kind, helpful, upbeat and above all, they truly care about the residents. A special shout out to Jennifer Long, who works tirelessly to ensure the resident (and family) have the smoothest possible transition into Mill Pond. She is incredibly responsive and resourceful. She is the reason "our" (my mom's) move to Mill Pond was so seamless.

This is the best facility ever. They treat residents From registration to the move from another facility, everything has gone smoothly. This facility serves family style meals on glass plates and have real glasses for the residents. No plastic stuff. They plan a lot of activities for the residents and have family events. The rooms are like a Holiday Inn not like a hospital. Love this place.

We had to place our loved one in a nursing home. We chose Mill Pond and we couldn't be happier!! My loved one was in the memory unit and they took absolutely the best care of her. Clean family facilities with good food and lots of one on one attention when needed. Easy to work with and always professional. Great communication with us all along the way. Love this place and highly recommend! Sincerely thank you all for the love and care you have shown my grandma Susie Carpenter!
