Gateway Springs has a great location near shopping, several restaurants just a mile away, Bethesda Butler Hospital only 2 doors away. Nice building design with many family sitting areas, private dining rooms available, and very good rehabilitation center and staff. Administration and care staff responsive, professional, and friendly. Food services directed by Adam is really great. We love the monthly brunch for families with made to order omelets, waffles, several other breakfast items, various fresh fruit, along with beef or chicken and other lunch selections.

My dad was at Gateway for a respite stay. He was warmly welcomed and received the best care by all staff. He said he “loved” the food 3 meals, snacks and they even made special dietary requests for some of his meals. They offered activities, of which he declined, but they still continued to offer and include him. The staff was attentive and made it feel like home.

I’m ecstatic to share with everyone that the positive reviews I read about Gateway are all true. My mom - with middle stage Alzheimer’s - is so busy with activities instead of sitting around all day and I’m so thankful! Every staff member I’ve spoken with has been helpful and kind.

My mother is currently a resident of the rehab here and everyone we have come in contact with has been wonderful. They are so friendly and very helpful during this difficult time. The campus is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. They offer different things for them to do and always decorate it so cute. God forbid she needs to go to a rehab again we will definitely be returning to this Gateway campus.
