I came to the Lakes Building to provide a professional service for a resident, as she gets her blood drawn in her home. I approached the desk to ask for assistance, I was told there was a sign in requirement, so I attempted to use the iPad, It asked for a pin code that I did not have, I told the man at the desk that I did not have a code and Saul responded "I don't know what to tell you, everyone has to sign in. It ended with me calling the resident and making her come all the way down to the lobby, at 8am. I feel like the front desk could have been a bit more professional in helping me through the process, as i have never been here before. Apparently the system was supposed to automatically send me a text, with a code, which I never did get.

I’ve been a resident of Freedom Village Holland for almost 4 years . My wife and I am very pleased and impressed with all aspects Of FV from management to the positive attitude of the residents.The dining experience and variety of menus also make for an exemplary living experience. These are just a few examples of why Freedom Village of Holland is a 5 star retirement community.

My grandparents have lived at Freedom Village for over 20 years. FV has become a home for our entire family. The staff is always smiling, welcoming from the entrance throughout the building. The food is wonderful. My grandmother is very social and enjoys all of the places they go as a group and meeting with her friends. We are so happy that they are spending this time of their lives in such a special place.

My mother recently moved into the assisted living facility at Freedom Village. We have had a truly exceptional experience. Kerri Hield from the marketing department was most helpful in accommodating our many needs. The staff are professional and very helpful, and the food service is very good. I highly recommend Freedom Village.
