Care

Assisted Living

A living option for seniors or individuals who require assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, or medication management while maintaining a level of independence. Assisted living facilities offer personalized care plans and social activities that promote quality of life for their residents.

Memory Care

Memory care communities offer specialized care and support for individuals dealing with memory-related conditions, such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. These facilities are equipped with trained staff and offer engaging activities designed to promote well-being while ensuring a safe living environment.

Respite Care

Respite care is short-term or temporary care. Respite care can be provided in adult day centers, in private homes via home health agencies and in senior living communities, most often assisted living or skilled nursing facilities.

Personal Care

Personal care involves assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, medication management, and mobility support to help maintain independence and enhance day-to-day life.

Home Care

Home care typically offers nonclinical support for Activities of Daily Living (ADL) like bathing and dressing, as well as Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) such as transportation, meal preparation, and medication reminders, all provided in the comfort of one’s home.

Transit Score®, when available, measures how well a location is served by public transit. Scores range from 0 to 100, with higher scores indicating more amenities within walking distance and diverse transit options nearby.

When Dad needed extra care and support, Vista Springs Meadows was the right choice for our family. The facility is beautiful and well maintained, but the staff is what makes this place special. I spent a lot of time visiting dad and I observed the staff caring for the community members as if they were family. The administrator knows all of the residents well and connects with them daily. It warmed my heart to see the community members having fun playing games, making crafts, or going on an outing. We are thankful for the care that dad received at Vista Springs Meadows of Holland!

The staff at vista springs are friendly, caring and professional. They have taken excellent care of my dad while communicating with us regularly about his daily health needs. They stop in frequently to check on us and are available if we need anything. The building is bright and cheery. There are lots of windows, an enclosed courtyard, and a walking path around the perimeter of the property. My family is very thankful he has been able to finish his earthly days here.

Vista Springs Holland Meadows is an amazing place for your loved ones! We were very, very pleased to have had the opportunity for my Mom to experience the top notch care, interaction and love from every single staff member at this facility. The staff truly cared about and for my Mom. They loved her at every stage she encountered. Thank you Vista Springs for making this transition one of dignity and love. We appreciate all of the care and attention that every single staff member placed into the care and wellbeing of my sweet Mom!

I tried calling four times as I wanted to see about having my parents come here. I spoke with a woman named Amber and she was extremely rude and it appeared as though she was bothered by my calls. She repeatedly interrupted me and hung the phone up while I was still talking. This is such a beautiful building and I was so excited about the possibility of having my parents live here as it's a beautiful place and near my home bit if this is how I was talked to then I cannot allow my vulnerable parents to come here.
