After a lot of research and visiting several facilities, we felt like Franklin Park Boerne would best meet our needs. The staff has been fantastic, the food is great, there’s always things for residents to do and it’s a beautiful facility. I very highly recommend it to anyone considering an assisted living/ memory facility for their loved one.

Across the board, the Franklin Park staff are so attentive to my loved one's needs. I readily get updates on her well-being and anytime I have questions I get timely responses. Placement for Memory Care was a difficult decision, but the Franklin Park staff have validated our move to do so and we feel secure that our loved one is safe and well cared for. Ease of communication is a plus!

I moved to Franklin Park Boerne so my husband could get the care he needed. It was very different for me, But I have grown to love it here. The facility is very nice. They have had some struggles with cleanliness in a few hallways, some water damage, quality of food, turn over but it is nothing that any business doesn’t have to face. The key is how they act on issues and at Franklin Park Boerne, they act on any issue immediately and get it done. The Director & her staff are always aware & involved. They were having issues with the food service & they acted on it immediately and it took some time but it appears they have finally found the right food Director, as it has been a complete turn around. Food has been great, more items added and they are committed to keeping their residence happy and now have a food committee consisting of a few residence that meet monthly to ensure we have foods we like and come up with ideas from all residents. I commend everyone here for staying on top of things and getting them done as quickly as possible. It is so hard to please everyone but I can assure you they strive to do that here everyday. They also have a fantastic Activity Director who is very actively involved. There is something for everyone. I highly recommend Franklin Park Boerne.

After a tour with Angela I was sold on Franklin Park for my grandmother and after she saw it so was she. The day we arrived the staff was so wonderful and accommodating. They brought her lunch to her apartment and the food they brought was amazing!! The facility is beautiful and welcoming and the staff is awesome!! They are so willing to help and make her as comfortable and happy as possible. It seems more like a resort than an assisted living!! I can sleep well at night knowing my grandmother is being taken care of by people that understand how important she is to me.
